VALE / START HERE

A personal practice. A complete starting point.

New to Framer? Follow steps 01–07 to replace the demo with your own practice. Everyday changes use text, images and CMS fields. Designers and AI agents can extend the native layout while preserving its connections. Custom components expose settings; contact the creator for changes to their internal behavior.

01 / Start with your identity

Replace Adrian Vale’s name, portrait, biography, location, and contact details. Edit Site shell once for the shared header and footer, then Mobile navigation for its two variants. Use the Ink, Paper, Bronze, Muted, and Line styles to adjust the palette. Display, Section, Card title, Body, and Label styles control the native typography; custom components expose their own controls.

02 / Choose your opening

Open Home, select “01 / Opening — content and tour settings”, and start with Opening. Photograph uses your own cover and copy without loading a film. Cinematic keeps the supplied tours. Featured tours shows the selector; Default building chooses the first home. Edit Primary story and Rooms for Courtyard House, or Other buildings for the villa and hut. Advanced media reveals film files, chapter stills and timing only when needed. Intro presentation is optional and immediately skippable. Updating a CMS cover does not replace the 3D experience.

03 / Add your homes once

In Residences, start with title, slug, location, cover, display price, bedrooms, bathrooms, area, and introduction. Choose Status and enter a numeric Search Price. Featured On Home selects the first three enabled records for the home cards. Add a Neighborhood Guide reference, Highlights, Gallery and optional Floor Plan. Tour Key connects a listing to its hero tour: courtyard, villa or hut; leave it blank for other listings. Hero media is edited separately in ValeResidenceJourney, so replacing a CMS cover does not replace a film. The three demo concepts have matching rendered galleries and plans. Links follow the slug automatically.

04 / Build your local expertise

Neighborhoods powers area guides and related homes through each residence’s Neighborhood Guide reference. Resources contains articles, topic, summary, cover, reading time, and an editable next step. Publish original buying, selling, and relocation advice. Buying roadmap, Selling roadmap, The Adrian Vale approach, and FAQ keep service explanations editable. These seven collections form the content system; it is a curated site, without an MLS or IDX connection.

05 / Connect both enquiry paths

Contact uses VergeEnquiry with a native Framer form in its Form slot. Edit Native enquiry form — editable slot source on that canvas. Keep its message field named message: property links, saved homes, and the brief can prefill it without replacing visitor text. Home valuation has a separate native Property review form. Configure Send To on both forms, test each with your own details, and confirm delivery. Add the privacy information and professional details appropriate to your business.

06 / Walk through the visitor journey

Buyer: Homes → filter → save and compare → detail → enquiry. Seller: Selling → personal property review. Relocation: neighborhood guide → relevant homes → conversation. Resources connect useful answers to a next step. The property review requests a conversation; it does not calculate an automated valuation. Replace every demonstration listing, price, specification, profile, and location claim before your business launch.

07 / Review, test, and launch

Set page titles, descriptions, favicon, social image and domain. Preview desktop, tablet and phone; test keyboard navigation, reduced motion, empty results, comparison and both forms. Hide the guide from business navigation after setup. Keep the creator source archive private: customer customization uses native CMS, styles and exposed controls. For template customization or architectural 3D from building drawings, contact Abdelrahman Farghaly at x.com/UX_Abdelrahman. No form destination or live publication has been configured for a real business.
